Laguna Matata by Ember Stays

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed while still feeling private and peaceful. The house had tons of amenities and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. You can tell there was real attention to detail throughout. Access was super easy, and the communication was fast, clear, and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The keypad didn’t work on the door but luckily the cleaning ladies left the door unlocked so we could get in.

This property was even better than what we thought it would be. We had a party of 29 for a family reunion. Everyone came in from out of town & it was a perfect house for a big family gathering. All the adults had their own king bed & ensuite and the kids loved staying together in the bunk rooms. The pool was great & the property allows the kids to go right out to the 2.5 acre lagoon. There were already beach chairs and umbrellas for anyone to use around the lagoon. This property had kayaks and paddle boards for us to use, so we didn't need to rent any. The house sound system for the pool patio and 3rd floor worked, but we couldn't get the rest of the house to connect. The hosts responded quickly to any questions we had & when we had issues figuring out the sound system, they came right over to help. There were plenty of dishes & utensils for our big family. A few of the rooms had extra pillows and blankets in the closets. There is a washer/dryer on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash was provided in each bathroom, including hand soap in all bathrooms & dish soap in the kitchen. There were 2 dishwashers, which was a huge help for us. We were especially grateful that for check out there wasn't a long list of cleaning that they required, especially since we pay for a cleaning fee, so we really appreciated the very easy check-in & check-out process. My family was asking if I could check to see if we could book this same house for next summer already!

Awesome place, feels like you are on a beach vacation in Utah. House came with paddleboards and kayaks which was nice. Kids loved the bunk rooms. Host was very accommodating. Will stay here or at anther one of their properties again!
